Pilgrimage To Croagh Patrick

For Young Adults aged 18-25

March 24-25 2012

Croagh Patrick, which overlooks Clew Bay in County Mayo, is considered the holiest mountain in Ireland. It rises 750 meters (2,500 feet) into the sky above County Mayo.

The pilgrimage leaves at 7am on Saturday 24 March travelling by bus to Westport. On arrival in Westport we will climb Craogh Patrick and have a short prayer at the top. After the climb we will check into Abbeywood House in Westport where accommodation has been booked. The group will have an evening meal and we meet again the next morning (Sunday 25) when there will be Mass at one of the famine sights. We return to Dublin for 3/4pm on Sunday 25. Cost per person €25

To book a place and for more information email Rob at  robert.macken@gmail.com or Ben at  ben.logan@ucdconnect.ie
